Return policy

In case for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his order, he can exercise his right of withdrawal and return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Terms & conditions for returns

Products must be returned in new and unused condition.

Products must be returned with labels intact, in original packaging and protective materials.

You will be responsible for shipping costs to facilitate returns

In the event you believe they have received defective or incorrect merchandise, the customer must immediately contact [email protected]. Izaiahtshirt reserves the right to request photographic evidence before allowing the return of goods. If allowed, shipping costs will be covered by Izaiahtshirt.

Return instructions

Send an e-mail to [email protected] to initiate a return with your order number.

Once we receive your request, we will send you instructions on how to return the product.

Once your return shipment arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days to process your return. If your return does not meet the conditions detailed above, the items will be sent back to you and your return request will be denied. Once your return has been approved and processed, you will be refunded to the original form of payment and a Refund Confirmation email will be sent to you.

Refund

Once your return shipment arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for the return and refund to be processed. Once your return is accepted, we will process the refund to the original payment method and send you a Refund Confirmation email.

The time required to process your refund may vary depending on the payment method used.

Late or missing refund

If you have received a Refund Confirmation email but have not received a refund, please contact your bank. If your bank cannot find your refund, please contact our Customer Care Department.

Damaged/defective goods

We really want to bring the best quality to customers. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us via email and attach a photo.
