You will receive a Delivery Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.

The estimated delivery time is approximately 7-20 business days from the date the order is shipped.

However, there will be circumstances we cannot foresee such as weather conditions or logistical difficulties that may result in minor delays. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you via email. In these cases, we will contact you.

We understand that there may be times when you may wish to return an item you have purchased. DEVANTE will be happy to assist you with this process.
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we are unable to issue you a full refund or exchange.
